Keep Your Word To Yourself!

Have you ever declared …  this is my last one! ..  or, today I am starting ….. and then not too much later you are renegotiating with yourself?  Or worse, you completely ignore your new commitment and proceed as usual with your old routine?
You’ve just created a rift between your unconscious mind and your conscious mind.  Every time you tell yourself one thing and do another you are widening that rift.  Who cares, you say.
If you want to truly create your own reality, you need all hands on deck.  Your crew is divided and your energy is spilling willy, nilly in a not so useful manner.  Have you noticed that some people seem to declare what they want and in very short order they have it?  While others, it’s all talk and no results?  Keeping your word to yourself is one of the major differences between these two strategies.  You need focus to manifest and you need integrity to focus.  Keeping your word to yourself is building that integrity. (integrity basically meaning that all thoughts, words & deeds are in alignment)
Instead of making spontaneous declarations, say to yourself, I am going to consider giving this up or I am going to create a plan (see my coach) and start _______ (only if you mean it, of course, otherwise better to say nothing and enjoy what you are doing).  Maintain reliable and dependable relations with your unconscious mind.  You will feel stronger and when you decided it is time to make the change, your laser focus will support you with amplified results.
