Christina has been coaching, facilitating and training groups and individuals, in both one on one personal settings and in educational and business environments since 1995. She has dedicated her life to effecting positive change and growth in her life and the lives of her clients, continually updating her knowledge academically and experientially.

It is important to Christina that changes are honoured and considered holistically; mentally, physically, emotional & spiritually

“I would recommend personal coaching to my patients who are facing

challenges in their lives. Christina has a positive, open style of

communication; she is wise, down-to earth and warm”

~ Dr.Mary Winder, B.Sc.N., M.D.

Christina coaches from her commitment to living consciously and authentically while assisting others to find their own personal power through awakening to their authenticity, creating a better life of balance, choice, love and joy.

On a more personal level

Christina enjoys balance in her life through her passion for gardening, dance, traveling and exploring. She finds mental stimulation and challenge in her volunteer activities, currently sitting as president on the boards of Pacific Gardens Cohousing Community, www.pacificgardens.ca and the Nanaimo Metaphysical Network, participating in monthly “Philosopher’s Café” conversations and attending the many environmental and social action films and discussions. Her emotional facets are expressed and nourished walking through Nanaimo’s many beautiful parks and waterfront walkways, enjoying the many expressions of culture in Nanaimo including at the waterfront Port Theatre, connecting and cultivating relationships with her three daughters and grandchildren, friends and family. Spiritual practice includes yoga, meditation, appreciating and capturing the beauty of nature in photography. Her favorite pastime is reading, reading, reading - science, psychology, philosophy, metaphysics …. Christina enjoys her home and garden in beautiful Nanaimo.
