1 hour sessions with a commitment of 6 sessions @ 65.00 ($ 390.00)
1 hour session: $70.00
Tele-Coaching Sessions
Initial 2 hour intake interview

½ hour tele session + ½ hour preparation (email if possible)
Preparation will be discussed at initial intake interview
12 sessions @ 65.00 + 2 hr. intake = $915.00 (can be paid over 3 payments)
Tele-Coaching Calls
Coaching calls in addition to Coaching Sessions are charged at $65.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $16.25 for 15 minutes or less.
Optimally, coaching sessions are scheduled weekly at a regular time and day of each week. A three month initial commitment is preferred after which the coaching contract is renewed on a monthly basis. Every individual and situation is unique regarding on-going coaching and therefore times and strategies vary. The outcome desired will determine the optimal time commitment to the coaching process
